A while ago, I choose leerplezier for my business and my website, which meens ‘Enjoy learning’. This name reflects the learning athomspere that I try to set in my trainings and coachings.
Learning is a dynamic process that can be enforced when the participant enjoys the training and the learning process. This goes together with humor, but even more with efficiency and professionalism.
A true joyfull learing experience will be achieved when the trainee feels that his or her unique learning needs are heared and fulfilled afterward.
This process is as a dance, a learning dance with two partners, the trainer and the trainee. When both parties follow the same ritme, the result is harmonious. When one dance in another style or tempo, they step on eachother toos, which hearts a lot. At leerplezier, we dance in resonance with each other.
